Windows 10: I am almost a complete novice, but I know just enough to cause problems.

On my bottom task bar, on the right hand side next to date, time and notifications I have an icon One Drive with a red background and a white "x" on the red background. When I click on it I get a message saying Java Script is disabled and must be enabled in order to use One Drive.

I have no idea what this means. Not sure what One Drive is even for and I know Java Script has been around for a while. This is about the extent of my knowledge and I obviously need some advice here.

If anyone can tell me what I need to do to check this problem I would greatly appreciate it. I know a red x means problems and don't want that but don't know what to do about it.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Help a novice with nokia 5300 music player!!

Can anyone help, i'm a complete techno novice. I got a nokia 5300 as a present and am trying to put music onto it, only I have a Mac and am unable to use the xpressmusic software. Any solutions, would be really grateful for a step by step guide. Thanks.
