Windows 10: I am an idiot for going nuclear before checking devices.

So, I made a post earlier about the new windows update 1909 causing my computer to stutter in idle, games, video's. I tried everything(or so I thought).

I updated drivers, uninstalled the recalled update, I even thought maybe the weird bug where a 144Hz and a 60Hz monitor cause issues.

..it was the hdmi cable from my VR headset causing it. I completely forgot about it, I only unplugged the usb cable. unplugged and BAM, back in business. So, if you are having stuttering issues after the update and have a Vive, probably the drivers to the VR!



BUT, it's fixed!
