    I am asked to verify my kid's account, but when I log in my account, it always say erro.


    My kid can not log in to his account from this Sept., and every time he logged in to his account, it always ask for parent verification of the information of my kid's account. But when I log in my account to verify, there's always a system error without any details.Anyone know that's the problem?Here is the screen shots of the two pages concern.

    Also may I suggest you change email accounts to one of the following.....

    Gmail
    Outlook

    The reason is they both use "Step two verification". This style of verification means even if a hacker gets your password they cannot log in to your account. You see every time someone try's to log in that hasn't been verified you will get a text or a phone call giving you a final code to log in. Its very easy and simple to setup also. The great thing is once you setup your Email application with a specific "application password" from that account you never have to log in again AND your account is protected from being logged in from foreign entities.

    I like the new outlook personally however Gmail is also damn good. Gmail also has an IP tracker that allows you to see WHERE the account has been logged in from. Anyway let us know if you wanna change over and have any questions. We will be happy to help and welcome to TPU!

    Steam account 'logged in elsewhere'.

    did you marked "save this pc" in the list. also if your work network hasnt ip reservation and you get different ip evey time you restart steam may count this as new device.
    once i swiched opera with ie and i got account verification

    Steam account 'logged in elsewhere'.

    Steam asks me to verify my account with that stupid email every single time I log in at work to check the deals. On top of that, it thinks I live in Derbyshire, which is about 2 hours drive away. I wouldn't worry personally if you've changed your details already.
