I DO NOT USE A VPN as I determined it was not necessary. I kept getting dinged for 13.66 from Microsoft and had to turn off my debit card and replace it to stop paying. I want that subscription stopped as I never asked for it to begin with. how do I get a human being to talk to? I did not order this damned thing and I will never be able to use the store again unless it is resolved. I can live w/o the store by going directly to vendors but it is not convenient. any suggestions?

1-Following the suggested Nokia's link «www.66.com» to buy additional licenses of european maps for the phone, drives to nowhere!

In the entire Route 66 URL there is not a single reference to the phone or how to buy those licenses on line!

What a joke!

2-If you use the «Route 66 Sync» program that comes included in the phone's package, I think you have to activate the internet connection through the phone and pay the bill to your provider! How about that?!

3-The other thing you should know about is that after buying 3 european countries, you already paid more than the equivalent symbian version for the whole western europe. In fact if you buy all the countries included in the western europe package, which isn't
available for this phone, it will cost you more a less 5 times more!

If you haven't bought your phone yet, please do your calculations very carefully or you end up with a much higher cost than expected!
