    They charged me 99 becuase i forgot to cancel before the date.

    I forgot to cancel my subscription and Microsoft charged my account $99 for access to word, access, etc for the year. Is there any way to cancel and get my money back? I do not need that for the next year and 100 dollars is a lot of money.

    Microsoft DVD Player Flickers...Windows 10

    My Windows DVD player flickers every few seconds, the video only when playing the movie, I tried the suggestion to delete the player and reinstall now Microsoft wants to charge $15.00 to install when I had it free before. Any suggestions?
