    I am being charged $1.99 a month on my credit card by Microsoft Stores. I do not want any additional services and want Microsoft to stop charging my credit card.

    No, all accounts come with 7 GB of storage; there is no additional storage received for WP8 purchases, so you should have 7 GB storage total.

    You won't get an additional 7Gb. What you get is the free storage that comes with setting up a Microsoft Account. If you already have a Microsoft Account, you won't get more.
