Windows 10: i am completely unable to find the teredo adapter

I have tried every step recommended by both the Microsoft community and the xbox community and I am still completely unable to enable the teredo adapter. This is a vital adaptor to have enabled as i cannot play Forza horizon 4 without it so that means I wasted $70 for a game that doesn't work. I have tried the legacy finder on device manager and its not there, i have tried command prompt and its not changing anything, I have tried registry editor and for my best try's nothing else too. This isn't just a personal issue but also one for my friends and I'm sure some of the community... Please som

teredo tunneling adapter completely missing!

I'm trying to play Forza Horizon 3 and the xbox app says TEREDO is unable to qualify. Server connectivity: Blocked.

I have gone through all the official steps through CMD, Services, and Device manager. There's no trace of anything Teredo on my rig.

Is there a driver I can manually download?

 

Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter not Found

Hi,

It started off from teredo unable to qualify for Xbox connection.

Then, I tried following tons of suggestions through showing hidden drivers in Device manager, changing DisabledComponents value to 0.

However, I still cannot find Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter.

I tried to install it by adding legacy hardware with all ways, but there was no Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter in the list of the Microsoft Network Adapter .

 

teredo error: failed to open tunnel adapter.

I'm having this same issue, and xbox is telling me that Teredo is unable to qualify.

I began to follow the steps in the first reply, but stopped at procedure 2. Following the procedure to manually install the Microsoft Teredo Adapter, after clicking on "Microsoft" on the left, I found that the adapter was not even in the list of installable
network adapters by Microsoft.

Windows 10 Professional is completely up-to-date with the latest release build, and all other Teredo options appear to be set correctly.

There are no Teredo adapters installed on my computer (double checked by showing hidden devices)

As a note, as far as I know, my ISP only provides us with an IPv4 address, but IPv6 is enabled across my home network.
