Windows 10: I am confused... help me decide

I have 2 laptops. One is a very new laptop which belongs to my family members but I can use it too, and the other is a 7 year old low end laptop which belongs to me, For my new laptop, everything is going fine. But for my old laptop, I am currently just switching through a lot of Operating Systems, to see which one fits the best. By that I mean, certain Operating Systems just run way slower and take more resources, where some have no support, or some are very blank. The reason which makes me to switch from Windows 10 11 not supported is because it is just too heavy for my laptop. Of course,

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
