Hi Guys i am facing an issue with my laptop which is an asus tuf f-15 with Windows 11 Home Single Language version 23H2 I am connected to intenet through both internet and lan both and i can use most of the apps like chrome and stuff but my device says that i am not connected to internet and i also cannot use microsoft store and much more apps which recognizes the presence of the internet beacause of all this i also cannot access my MS office also please help me out i have even reinsatlled my windows once {repair version} .

Is this wired? Wireless? What devices? Does the LAN actually say it disconnects or are we talking about your internet connection?

 

Only Chrome can connect to the Internet.

To resolve the particular error messages that you're having, we suggest you perform the steps below to disable proxy server:

• Click the Tools button in Internet Explorer, then click Internet Options.
• Go to the Connections tab, then click LAN settings.
• Uncheck the box which says Use a Proxy Server for your LAN, then click
  OK.

Before I can provide you any assistance, I would like you to answer the question below:

1. Do you that an un-interrupted internet connection?

2. Is your web browser working properly?

I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if the issue persist:

Step 1: Disable Proxy

Sometimes using proxy to connect to the internet may cause issues while connecting to the network.

Follow the steps below to disable proxy:

• Press “Windows Key” + “R”.
• Type “inetcpl.cpl”.
• Go to Connection.
• Click on LAN Settings.
• Check the box which says Automatically detect settings.
• Uncheck the box under Proxy server.

Step 2: Run Internet Troubleshooter.

Though you are able to use internet, there could be some problems or some settings which could have stopped Windows services to connect to the internet.

I suggest you to run the Internet connection troubleshooter to fix such issues, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R
• Type Control
• Click on Troubleshooting
• Click on Connect to the internet
• Click on Next and follow the On-screen instructions.
