    I am connected to the internet but cannot load any web pages or download emails.


    I opened my laptop today and have not been able to load any web pages or download my emails. I am connecting to the internet but nothing is working.It does say it could not install an update, but I am unable to retry as I cannot load the webpage. Please help!
