    I recently bought an insignia bluetooth adapter for my PC to use some bluetooth controllers with. It was working.... ok for a few days. Would disconnect sometimes but then I just moved it to the front of my case and the issue resolved. Only problem was that it kept going to sleep if I didn't use it and would disconnect and reconnect over and over. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in after changing my port settings to not use power save and shut off. Then, I get the error "USB Device not recognized".... over...and over... I have done the following:

    - uninstalled my drivers for EVERYTHING and manually reinstalled them

    - PC is up to date

    - disabled/manually updated all my USB port drivers.

    - restarted my PC many times

    - uninstalled any old/inactive devices that I don't use anymore

    - used a USB hub

    - confirmed the adapter DOES work on my other devices

    - the ports work with all my other wired devices (about 3 different controllers)



    I'm pulling my hair out. I had this issue with a device a long time ago but it just stopped and never happened again so I didn't really do anything to resolve it.

    It's the Insignia 4.0 Bluetooth Adapter, cost me about $20. I can return it however I don't want to run into this issue with the replacement either.

    Bluetooth issues


    If you don't have the option to turn Bluetooth on or off, that means it isn't being seen or recognized. This could mean the unit is faulty, or there are no drivers for it.

    Anyway I would suggest you look to HP to find Windows 10 drivers for it. If you can't or none exist, I might suggest you purchase a Bluetooth adapter if you need Bluetooth. One of these should work... Bluetooth USB Adapters, Bluetooth Dongles - Newegg.com

    Sticky Notes "Insights" not working with handwriting

    1. Have you tried to check the settings on the Sticky Note App if the
      Enable Insights is off?
    2. Since when are you facing this issue?


    I suggest you to follow the below steps, and check if that helps.



    Method1: Try enable insights in Sticky notes.



    1. Open the Sticky Notes app.
    2. Click/tap on the 3 dots menu button, and click/tap on Settings.
    3. Click/tap on Enable insights to toggle to disable (uncheck) or enable (check) it


    Method 2: Fix problem with apps.



    I suggest you to follow this article on
    Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store
    , an check if that helps.



    Method 3: Reset Sticky Notes in Windows 10.



    1. Open the Settings Navigate to
      Apps and then select Apps & features.
    2. Look for the Sticky Notes
      entry and click on the same to select it. You should now see
      Advanced options link
    3. Click Advanced
      options link to open Storage usage and app reset page.
    4. Click the Reset button. When you see the confirmation, click the
      Reset button to reset the Sticky Notes
      app.
    5. Restart the PC once you reset the
      Sticky Notes
      app.


    Re-install sticky notes app from the Microsoft store and check if that helps.

    Regarding your question about locking Windows Anniversary update, it is possible to postpone an update but it cannot be stopped.
