Windows 10: I am experiencing a critical issue with my Mecer Guru YA13Q20 laptop.

Below are the details of the problem:-The laptop switch off it's self automatically and when i try to turn it on i turns on and shows the mecer logo the turn off - But the laptop turns on when I press any key on the keyboard along with the power button.- When I release the power button, the laptop continues to turn on, but it turns off automatically as soon as I release the any key on the keyboard.- Again the laptop displays the Mecer logo briefly before shutting down automatically again and again after repeating the same process.**Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken**:1. Laptop no longer hibernates on critical power

Hi Mike,

The laptop's battery is possibly wearing out. Since you haven't change any settings, we suggest that you change the critical battery level a bit higher so that your laptop can perform a hibernation on a much higher percentage than the default. Follow the
steps below:

• Type Power Options on the Start menu search bar.
• Under Battery, click on Critical battery level.
• Chang the default percentage to 10% or higher.
• Click on Apply.

Mecer laptop ran into a problem

Dear Whom it may concern!

I hope all!

My Mecer laptop keep on reporting that my device rsn into problem and then it report that it will restart itself. Preparing for automatic repair. Who do I resolve this issue?
