    Hello, While using a Word file, I encountered an issue where the program became unresponsive. I attempted to troubleshoot the problem, but ultimately I had to restart my laptop. After the restart, I noticed that my lap wallpaper had turned black. It's important to note that my computer is connected to a server and the wallpaper is set by company policy.     Windows 10 background wallpaper turned black

    Hello,

    My Windows 10 background wallpaper turned black when I was running a code on my laptop. I restarted my machine, but it stayed black and did not return to the previous wallpaper. What is the reason? Does it mean that my files are damaged?

    Wallpaper turns black after logon

    Just bought a new Samsung notebook with pre-installed Windows 10 Home (Creators Update).

    A few seconds after I login, the desktop wallpaper turns black.

    It happens every time I set the wallpaper logoff and logon.

    I see no strange messages on Event Viewer.
