Windows 10: I am facing 0x800F0830 error while trying to Enable windows features

I am facing 0x800F0830 error while trying to Enable windows features, my net framework got automatically turned off and now I always face this error while enabling any feature let alone Net framework, i have tried a variety of ways but none of them seemed to worked, It would be a great help if you can suggest a solution, I am sharing the screenshot of the same here :

Facing Error While Trying to install .net framework 4.6.1

I suggest you to go to programs and features and check whether net framework 4.6.1 is installed are not.

Follow the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows +X, and select control panel.
  
• 
  Select programs and features.
  
• 
  Select “Turn windows feature on and off”
  
• 
  And check whether it is installed are not.

"We couldn't install Windows 10" 0x800F0830

I've been trying to upgrade from Windows 8.1 Pro x64 to Windows 10 three times already using the tool provided by Microsoft (MediaCreationToolx64.exe). Each time I got rolled back to Windows 8.1. I get a message at login saying :

"We couldn't install Windows 10"

"0x800F0830 - 0x20003"

"The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during INSTALL_UPDATES operation"

Here is the content of the file setuperr.log (the last lines) located in $Windows.~BT/Sources/Panther (I already googled the error, found nothing) :

It says OS image corrupt so the third time I upgraded I deleted the $Windows.~BT folder before launching the tool, but it didn't change anything

EDIT : I'm upgrading only to get my key activated, then I plan to do a clean install using my USB key (already flashed it with the tool).
