Windows 10: i am facing a problem on instagram since last few days , "page unresponsive"you can wait...

i am facing a problem on instagram since last few days. when i login in instagram and click reels option everything gets stuck .after click reels option i can't click any other options like home ,explore etc. but without reels option everything is fine . after clicking reels option reels not loading everything get stuck .after few second a notification come ,"page unresponsive"you can wait for it to become responsive or exit the page ". i uninstalled the instagram app and again reinstall but i can't fix it . then i terminate and repair instagram from settings .but it can't fix . i clear all c

Instagram app buttons are unresponsive

Instagram interface buttons are suddenly unresponsive. Nothing happens when I click on Messages, Profile, etc. When I tried to report the problem via the app, I get this error:

There was an error submitting your bug report. Please try again later.

Instagram web interface works fine via Chrome. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thank you for the response. I went through all the steps, including uninstalling and reinstalling the Instagram app, but the issue remains: none of the buttons work.

Also, now the Instagram buttons no longer function in Edge or Google Chrome under Windows 11, nor do they work on my Windows 10 PCs. The only place I can use Instagram now in on my iPhone or iPad.

This problem appeared immediately after the latest Windows update. Is this a known issue? Any other suggestions? Thanks again.

1. Are you trying to download Instagram from Microsoft store?
   
2. Since when are you facing this issue?
   

If you are downloading Instagram from the store, I suggest you to try the following troubleshooting methods and check if that helps.

Method 1: Run inbuilt troubleshooter for Store app.

Steps:

1. Tap on Windows + I on the keyboard.
   
2. Select Update & Security option.
   
3. Click on Troubleshoot option.
   
4. Tap on Windows Store Apps and
   Run the troubleshooter.
   

Method 2: You can also try the steps from the following article to fix issue with

installing application.
