I am facing an problem balancing my wireless earphone's right side audio. The issue is that BOTH THE LEFT AND RIGHT AUDIO BALANCER SLIDE TOGETHER CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE ME AN SOLUTION ASAP !

Earphone only hear on the right side only.

This is Wil, one of the independent advisor and an expert with Windows 10.

I understand your concern with earphone only works on the right side when plugged on the rear audio jack.

There are 3 possible causes for this; volume balance is not configured properly or the rear audio jack is having an issue.

Check first the volume balance by following these instructions

1. Right-click on the Volume Icon in the System Tray

2. Click the volume mixer and click on the headset/speaker icon.

3. On speaker properties, click on levels tab and check if balance for the first, Rear Green In and Front Green In on L and R are both 100.

Bluetooth connection with wireless earphones

I'd like to know more about your concern. Kindly verify if this is the first time that you will connect the wireless earphone to your computer. Have you tried connecting the wireless earphones to another device? If so, are you experiencing the same issue? Which
operating system are you using?

Meanwhile, you can run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Follow the steps below if you are using a Windows 10 device:

1. On the Start menu, type Troubleshoot and then hit
   Enter.
   
2. Under Find and fix other problems, click Hardware and Devices, and then select
   Run the troubleshooter.

Audio Balance in Windows 10

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check-

• Click on Start and then control panel.
  
• Open the option of Sound and in the tab of
  playback click on the windows displaying speakers. This enables the button properties, click on it.
  
• This opens new window as Speakers properties, here click on the tab
  Levels.
• Now click on the button Balance in front of the speaker volume bar.
  
• This will open another small window of Balance. Here you may adjust the balance between the left and right speakers as per requirement.
