Windows 10: I am facing low disk space issue

My C drive is allocated 139GB out of which I have used only 33.8 GB data. Most of the data is taken by system and it is continuously growing. Kindly suggest steps to resolve my problem.

I got lost after "Policies".I couldn't find Explorer.There's no low disk space checks.When I back click,there's no Advanced .I have an HP19 desktop with Windows 10 installed.Drive

I have a HP19 desktop.I keep getting an error that says low disk space on the recovery d drive.How do you fix this?How do you free up space or prevent the message from showing up ?This is what I did and I got lost:

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

When you have upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 the Windows. Old folder will be created in the root directory so it will consume the space in the c drive.

If you are facing low disk space then I suggest you to perform disk clean up and check if the issue persist.

Disclaimer: Before performing disk clean up I suggest you to take back up of ur important files\data.

Here are a few obvious options:

1. Delete unneeded things.
2. Increase your partition size.
3. Replace the disk with a larger one.
