Windows 10: I am facing problem with my fingerprint goodix sensor in my DELL INSPIRON 14 5000 exactly...

The fingerprint driver is not working it says i have already downloaded the latest driver from dell supportit has a goodix fingerprint driverWindows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Code 43When i had a look on the events i see that the driver is configured and installed but another sys file fail to start device not started WUDRFd Attaching a screen shot of my msinfo for my laptop

Fingerprint Driver not recognizing

I have a dell laptop of model Inspiron 5409 I have a latest version of Goodix fingerprint Driver. It worked fine before 2 months after a complete reset of my system the fingerprint sensor is not recognizing my finger and it is stuck at the screen for recognizing the fingerprint

I have a Dell Inspiron 5770 Laptop running Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2

Trying to set up the Fingerprint Login.

Keep getting this error message:

Your device is having trouble recognizing you. Make sure your sensor is clean..

My sensor is clean. My finger is clean.

I also updated the driver for Goodix fingerprint from Version 1.0.33.300 dated 8-14-2017 to Version 1.0.33.800 dated 5-16-2018

And, I also “enabled” all of the Biometric components in Group Policy.

Still getting the same error.
