Stuck during factory reset.


So the Factory reset has been stuck at 2% for the last 8 hours.

 

Resetting this PC stuck at 19%


Hey guys,

I've attempted a full reset of my laptop (Remove files and clean the drive). It has a 300GB hard drive.

Its now been stuck on the 'Resetting this PC' at 19% for the past 48 hours.

The hard drive light on the laptop is still blinking, so it looks like it is still doing something but i'm not sure if it is just stuck in a loop now.

Should i just hard reset it and repair or wait it out? (if so how long)
Also if i do the former, i still need to clean the drive as i'm selling the laptop..*Sad

 

Factory Reset for 19 HOURS??

So, yesterday afternoon I went into my local AT&T store because my Nokia Lumia 920 wouldnt let me download or update any of my apps/ games. To solve the problem a quick and easy way, my consultant decided that it would be best to just do a factory reset
on my phone. At 2 o'clock he reset my phone. Him and a couple others said it would take approximately 20-30 minutes for my phone to completely reset, and he sent me home. Well, my phone didnt do anything last night... all it did was show these wheels spinning.
And it has continued to do so for 19 hours now. I have tried holding down the Camera+Volume Down+ Power buttons like other help seeking answered questions has suggested, and all is does it act like its going to turn on, but it quickly returns to the wheels
spinning. I have already had an insurance claim on it a couple months ago because my Nokia Lumia 920 kept freezing up and i eventually was told to reset it. I did so and all it did was show the wheels spinning FOREVER, so I was eventually sent a new phone.
I dont think i can get another insurance claim? can i? what should i do?????
