    I am fairly certain my device is infected with some kind of crypto miner but can't...


    I am reasonably certain about the virus being a miner, due to when my laptop is just sitting idle for more than a minute or so, the cpu usage skyrockets and the temperature jumps from around 30c-40c doing nothing or around 55c-60c if some major programs are running in the background ex:minecraft to around 95c-99c. However, the moment I touch the mouse or open task manager to try to see what program is causing this it goes back to normal. This has been going on for around a month and i am getting tired of this. I scanned with CCcleaner and with Malwarebytes, several times, but neither turned

    And that's when I thought I've heard everything... Crypto-infected raspberry pi *Laugh :laugh:
    You'd think it will be some kind of botnet for DDoS attacks, or scamming AdWords... but cryptomining?!
    I'm wondering how many devices do you need to make any profit? 1K? 10K?
