Windows 10: I am fed up with blue screens!!

Whenever my laptop is switched on, for it to work properly multiple series of blue screens appear. After switching on at first of I use browser and then switch to file explorer then blue screen appears. If I connect a external hard drive to my laptop and try toh copy cut paste documents or files then also blue screen appears. Many time while only listening to music o get blue screens. Beforehand I had windows 11 on my laptop and had the same problem, so I reverted back to windows 10 after installing a internal 1TB hard drive and still I'm suffering with blue screens, I'm tired of these problem
