Windows 10: I am finding that when in a window/screen, I end up scrolling when I don't mean to and I...

While in a window/screen and playing a game or filling out forms, etc. I seem to cause the mouse to scroll really fast. I recover it okay, but It messes with my game/work, and it always happens.

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

Scrolling and jumping

Just to verify, did you mean the touchpad or the touch screen functionality? Please advise so we can know which one to troubleshoot specifically.

In the mean time, I suggest performing the Windows 10 Hardware and Devices troubleshooter for a possible fix. Here are the steps:

1. Type Troubleshoot on the Cortana search box and hit the Enter key.
2. Scroll down and click Hardware and Devices.
3. Click Run the troubleshooter.
4. Restart your PC.
