    I am followin the steps in this video but when I cant keep my apps and files because it says you have chosen a different language to you previous version of windows but under the downoad button on downloa windows english UK is not listed. What do I do?

    Load this checklist video in Edge:
    (I'm assuming you did at least a few of these steps, since you stated you tried other suggestions earlier)

    Go through the list of suggestions here to try to repair YouTube for Chrome...
