Windows 10: I am forced to bring up Bing to login to my computer

When I wake up my computer, or after doing a restart, I am eventually presented with a pretty picture. The time and date are in the lower left and the power status and network status are in the lower right. In the upper left is a small bit of narrative about the picture. In the upper right is some text I can hover over to find where the picture was taken or what it is of. In the center is some narrative I can click on which, when I have logged in to my computer, will bring up Edge at a Bing website with information about the location of the picture.Up until recently, I could click anywhere on

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
