Windows 10: I am getting a black screen error, can hear people and respond, but, no ideas what's going on?

I tried reseating the GPU trinity OC 3090, i9-12900k,ram, and even reinstalled a FRESH windows 11, installed updates and more.Solutions I've tried already:Sfc scan-no corruptionsChecked Temps on CPU and GPU while gaming: Highest for GPU WAS 73 C and CPU was 67 CRemoved Drivers with DDU and reinstalled fresh onerestarted explorer.exeSet Phys X to CPUTurned off Hard Accel in Google Chrome and discord Set Nvidia to high performance to PerformanceChecked DISM no issuesthis is the error i'm getting: Process exit code: 0x8898008dattached is the image of my specs:
