I am getting a notice that reads "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while syncing the file to the device." I am using a microSD card to sync music. What is the problem?

ive synced my player to windows media player and i cant download my music to my player ive change the settings to allow this but keep getting message saying

On my media player, I insert a SD card and the media player don't read it and it appear a problem on the media player.

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
2. Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
