Make Visual Studio 2013 connect to SQL Server 2016 RC0

Hi, Everyone! I recently downloaded and installed SQL Server 2016 RC0. When I tried to connect the Visual Studio 2013 to SQL Server 2016 RC0, the connection succeeded, but the data in the database was not available. VS 2013 prompted that an incompatible
version of SQL Server was detect. It is OK when I connect VS 2015 to SQL Server 2016 RC0 with the SQL Server Data Tool 2015. If a tool is also needed for VS 2013, how can I find it on Microsoft's website?

Connect to SQL Server from Visual stusio

I have installed the express edition of SQL Server 2017. I was able to successfully open this instance in Sql Server Management Studio 2017 which is a community edition. In this program I created and populated a small database strictly to try things out.
When I try to connect to this database from Visual Studio 2017 I get the following error:

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
(provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: -1)



All three programs reside on the same Windows 10 Computer. I really want to use SQL Server but I just can't seem to connect it to Visual studio where I should be able create new tables and access data from a C# application. Please help.
I am trying to migrate away from Oracle's MySQL.
