Please run these commands in admin Command Prompt and post the output here:

• certutil -hashfile c:\windows\system32\riched20.dll sha256
  

• certutil -hashfile c:\windows\SysWOW64\riched20.dll sha256
  

Here's what I see on my system:

C:\windows\system32>certutil -hashfile c:\windows\system32\riched20.dll sha256

SHA256 hash of c:\windows\system32\riched20.dll:

4aa8d583491061ab27019ac1958378462bf952affb747fe90ecefd8ebec21d2f

CertUtil: -hashfile command completed successfully.



C:\windows\system32>certutil -hashfile c:\windows\SysWOW64\riched20.dll sha256

Also, run these commands. This is to test if the module could be loaded.

You should see the following error (instead of error 5)

• REN C:\Windows\vcruntime140.dll C:\Windows\vcruntime140.dll.Old
