Windows 10: I am getting Blue screen of death error almost once or twice everyday for more than a month.

For more than a month, I am getting BSOD error and then my system restarts. During the blue screen it sometimes gives the error system thread exception not handled and sometimes gives another error kernel heap mode corruption.. Instantly after the error, the computer restarts before I can take any picture.I want to identify why is this error being caused.. I ran some hardware diagnostics and it didn't give any error..
