Windows 10: I am getting download error for "2023-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based...

I am having Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19041 Build 19041 and auto upgrading to Windows 10, version 22H2 using Setting >> Windows Update option. Here I am getting an error "Download error - 0x80070643" while downloading "2023-05 Update for Windows 10 Version 2004 for x64-based Systems KB5001716" I did checked https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/ couldn't find KB5001716. Please help me with the issue. Let me know what else information you need.

I'm trying to download and install this update (2023-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5026372)) but every time it gives me an install error (0x800f081f) so can you please tell me how to fix this.

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)
