Windows 10: i am getting "Oops, something went wrong Whatever happened, it was probably our fault....

My laptop was under malware attack and I completely formatted and installed new windows and reset completely, is the fragment of malware still on my PC?

I'm trying to switch from my local account to Microsoft account, but i always get same message "oops, something went wrong whatever happened, it was probably our fault. please try again.". I have internet connection and system is updated. Can you help me?

I am also facing same problem and still i am not able to sign in that same account. i have tried each and every steps mention above but still that's " oops something went wrong Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. please try again" is the best answer provided by this system. So, i need a help to solve this problems.

I try to log in to my microsoft account on my PC but it keeps giving me an option to try again on the password even though I am right it says That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one. when i try to login with my
username even after i log in with my email it says Oops, something went wrong Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again. i am a gamer and i wanted to build OS. so i wanted to login from my microsoft account to secure my PC I also tried
adding the correct timezone too
