Windows 10: i am getting the side by side error and cannot use IE or any Microsoft Office products.

i am getting the side by side error and cannot use IE or any Microsoft Office products. i am not real technical but I did go to REGEDIT and the default number is the same as the latest listed.

What do i need to do? Do I need to download a new Microsoft Visual C ++?
