Windows 10: I am getting this Error while opening camera. I searched whole Youtube but couldn't find...

When i open my camera it shows nothing and my web cam light also not turn on. When i open Ome tv or something else the webpage ask for permission to give access of camera and i allow but still it doesn't work. After installing camera again and again the issue doesn't fix.

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
