Windows 10: i am getting transparent suare border over start icon

whenever I hover on that box loading symbol appears

Start Menu, Action center and Window Border Transparency In Windows 10.

I want to make my windows 10 taskbar, start menu, action center and window borders transparent in windows 10. I achieved taskbar transparency through tweaking registry.But I dont know how to make start menu, action center and window borders transparent.
Could anyone help me to do so?

Start menu icons are not transparent

Start menu icons are not appearing transparent. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Start Menu tiles no longer transparent border after Win10 build 1151


After updating Windows 10 Pro to Fall Update 1151 (10586.71), I noticed my start menu tiles - that used to be transparent - now have the colored tile borders around them. While they change when you change the accent colors in Windows, I liked the transparency, as they once were. I've only seen a few people that actually had tiles that were ever set as transparent backgrounds, so I'm hoping creating a thread will get responses from those who've had this / know if the update caused it / maybe a way to set it back. I'm really hoping there's either a registry key to revert this back or a 3rd party program people know of that can achieve this effect. See screenshots below & thanks in advance!
