    I have an Acer Desktop. I have a WD hard drive permanently connected via USB and do a data files Backup every day. Once a week, I do a system image onto WD passport portable drive, via USB. Over the last few days, when I try this, i get the message 'A system image backup is in progress. Please wait while it completes'. but there is no backup in progress. I have checked with Task Manager. I get the same message whether my portable drive is connected or not.
