Windows 10: I am having a ton of issues regarding Forza Horizon 5

Basically I can not install FH5 anymore, here is the full story.I had FH5 installed and playing, no problem. Today I restarted my pc while the game was running, and upon trying to open it after the restart, nothing happened. No loading circle and nothing in task manager. I tried a few different things and eventually just gave up and uninstalled it. After uninstalling the game still showed up in my start menu, and still took up space on my drive, but it did not show up in any app folders or when I searched for it in app settings. I eventually got my storage space back my deleting all temporary
