Windows 10: i am having an issue with itunes i am getting these error code 9039 0x8009030c how do i fix...

i am getting these two error codes how do i fix them because the itunes store is not show up and i can not sign in to my account and everything is up to date.

2. Click OK.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Are you getting any error messages? It would be best if you can send us a screenshot of your concern. You can use the

• Does the issue only happen on iTunes? Have you tried playing videos using another application?
