Windows 10: I am having an issue with text scrolling in a number of applications.

When I scroll text in a number but not all of applications using mouse wheel or scroll bar only the top/bottom few lines move and the text in the middle does get updated.This seems to have happened since updating to Windows 11.See this text for an example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/chouxs44e9e7grx/2022-05-01_20-13-45.mp4?dl=0-George

Increasing scroll speed without increasing number of lines??

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Which version and OS build number of Windows 10 is currently installed? To check, press the
  Windows key, type winver, and press the
  Enter key.
• Do you have a third-party security software installed?

Logitech G603 Mouse Scrolling Issues

Hi all,
For some time now I have been having really frustrating scrolling problems - not just with this mouse, but I have tried 2 others with the same results. When scrolling with the wheel, the screen will scroll a short way ( up or down) and then scroll the other way - like a 3 steps forward, 2 steps back! The number of lines scrolling is also random at times, but NEVER smooth. So annoying. I have tried all the mouse wheel stuff in control panel. Having to use the scroll bars is annoying

• In what application are you using predictive text?
• What is the last action taken before this issue happens?
• Have you attempted to perform any of the troubleshooting?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Typing Settings and press
  Enter.
• Turn off Autocorrect misspelled words and Highlight misspelled words.
• Restart your PC.
• Do steps 1 and 2 but this time turn on Autocorrect misspelled words
  and Highlight misspelled words.
• Restart your PC.
• Check if the issue still exists.
