Windows 10: I am having difficulty connecting my Quiet Comfort 45 earbuds to my Microsoft Surface Tablet

I am trying to add my earbuds to my tablet. I click on add new bluetooth device and they are in discover mode at the time but do not show up in the list of devices.Do I need to change a setting?Thanks,Bill Grubbs

Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse not connecting to Tablet

Hi,

Welcome to Microsoft Community. Your interest in Windows 10 is much appreciated.

I’m sorry to know that Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse not connecting to Tablet. This problem might be caused due to outdated drivers or compatibility with Windows
10.

As of now we would suggest you to use the normal USB key board and mouse, and login to the pc and perform the below methods and check if that helps.

Method 1:

Refer to the below link and try the suggested troubleshooting steps and check if that helps:

Note: This applies to Windows 10 also.

Method 2:

I would also suggest you to install the latest Wireless mouse and keyboard drivers for Windows 10 from the manufacturer's website and install it in
Compatibility mode and check.

Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode:

a) Download the audio drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

b) Right-click on the driver and click on ‘properties’.

c) Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility
mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down.

d) Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’
and run the file to install it.

Surface Dock 2

Surface Dock 2 is priced at $259.99 and the Microsoft USB-C Travel Hub is priced at $99.99. Both will start shipping to customers later this month in select markets.

Microsoft PC Accessories

Microsoft Could Kill the Entire Surface Tablet Lineup...

As part of its plans to step beyond the software industry, Microsoft is aggressively investing in the hardware business, and the Surface tablet lineup is living proof that the company is looking to get its own share of profit in a market that already belongs to Android and iOS devices.

Needless to say, Microsoft's Surface models haven't been really outstanding as far as sales are concerned, and the company is still believed to lose money with every tablet it sells these days.

As a result, the Redmond-based giant is looking into ways to reduce losses and one of the ways to do that could involve giving up on the Surface business entirely, according to a new report.
