Windows 10: I am having issues where when I go into websites my entire screen is covered in a blue tint.

When I entire websites I am unable to see entire web pages. When I move my mouse, the interactive elements will pop up through the screen but when I stop moving the mouse the entire screen gets covered again. Basically, the screen is covered in this teal color until I hover my house over it than small rectangles will pop up or interactive elements on these websites. Please help.

I connected the laptop to my tv and it shows the right colours. (black and white photos are now correct, not with that blue tint). (Before this problem my screen had this blue tint for circa 10 seconds, after that it changed to the right colors.)

I never showed any examples of my problem. See the attached images. Those are black and white images, but on my screen they are black, white and light blue-ish.

 

Odd screen tint issue (blue)

The issue I have is that my laptop (ASUS K501UQ) shifts between two screen tints. The first, which tends to show up after a fresh reboot is blue-tinted and looks terrible. The second (until recently) shows up after the system has hibernated or entered and
exited a full-screen program.

I do a lot of digital art, and the first tint is absolutely impossible to work with.

After installing the latest windows update, it seems much, much harder to keep the second, non-blue tint. Windows seems adamant that the blue tint is how things should be.

Bear in mind that I do not touch colour settings and so on at all to cause it to change between the tints. I can find no method to cause it to happen manually, and so manually changing the colour settings in windows is not a viable option.

Perhaps this could be an issue with the graphics cards, as this device has both an Intel HD 520 and an NVIDIA GeForce 940MX.
