Windows 10: I am having issues with error code 0xc0000098

I have error code 0xc0000098 and can’t get outBasically my computer has error code 0xc0000098 and the boot letter is missing so it basically says File:\BCD where it’s supported to say Boot/BCD so I cannot access recovery environment because whenever I press F1 it’s just a black screen and then goes back to the blue screen and the only bootable drive I have is a USB my computer does not have a drive to put a disk in, is there anything I can do to fix itI did receive an answer to this issue before to use another PC to download a bootable media to my computer but the only problem was that I don
