Windows 10: I am having issues with my wizard installer

my wizard installer keeps showing this error: "Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one " even though I tried to resolve it still will not work please help me out i am stumped out and thank you.

• Does the issue pertain to the particular software you are referring to?
• Is the software compatible to work with Windows 10?

As an initial recommendation, I suggest you to check if you can install the software in Compatibility mode. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Right click the setup file for the program, this can be designated as
  setup.exe or similar executable extension. Click
  Troubleshoot Compatibility to launch the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter wizard which will check for issues.
  
• 
  Select the option “Troubleshoot program”
  and depending on the problems you are experiencing when attempting to install or use the software, check off the problems. Click on Next.
  
• 
  Select a version of Windows the program is known to work in.
  
• 
  Click on Next and then follow the on screen instructions.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

iTunes installation + Other installation that have occured

It seems that there's a problem with that particular link. Anyhow, here are some steps that you can try and see if it resolves the issue:

• Disable your third-party antivirus.
• Install iTunes as administrator.
• Update your Windows.
• Restart your PC.
• Visit Apple forums to check for suggestions.
