Windows 10: I am having memory management issues with windows

Hello. I recently upgraded my pc with a new cpu, motherboard, and ram. I've been having many distributedCOM errors that have been causing temporary black screens or crashing of programs that were once alright to use. What finally got me to get help was a system crash causing a bluescreen. I am running windows 10 and as far as I know have updated all the drivers as necessary. I have run the windows memory diagnostic tool twice and it had found no issues. I also have used WinDbg to try and find the specific problem but I am not knowledgeable enough to discern what it all means. Microsoft R Win

• Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
• If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

BSOD- memory management

Upon checking the dump file, the issue is being caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Ntoskrnl.exe is the one responsible for memory management that is why you're having the Memory Management error. We suggest that you follow the steps found in the link that we provided
in our last reply to resolve the issue. Please take note that if you're overclocking your processor or video card, kindly reset their settings to default.

While checking for the dump file that you've sent, we suggest that you run a full scan on your device using the
