    I use Print Shop 4.0 Deluxe and when I try to print a project it shows blank. Print Shop is owned by Encore and they put on their site that this problem was caused by a Microsoft Update. Do you have a fix for this problem?

    I purchased the print shop 20 Deluxe version 20, and it just quit working (it will not boot up) , so I attempted to install on my laptop (Windows 10) it keeps asking for the install disk, then it says it is not able to connect to the internet, but I am on
    the internet.

    the bar code on the carton is 7 05381 32023 4

    I have all the disk.
