I am having problems with the sound being jerky when people are talking or when gaming. I only have one sound card that I am using asus xonar dxg. do I need to go to another sound card?

Jerky sound incoming call

Just seeking advice.

I notice there is a jerky sound (less than 1 secs and it happen once i pickup) the incoming call. For outgoing call there is no jerky sound. Is that normal or because of the coverage or the location?

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set.
