    I am having serious issues with my Windows 11 computer since the update 24H2 update.


    My mouse disappears, I can not open many apps, My internet connection disappears and only gives me BlueTooth, and now I am getting a blue screen called BitLocker. When I get this blue screen it is constantly asking for a Key. I have to go onto Microsoft to find the code. This is impossible when I can not get onto my computer to get the code. I can not access my email to retrieve the code I am given to get onto Microsoft. This is so frustrating. My computer is not even a year old and I do not want to go and buy a new one to have the same problems. How do I fix all these issues without having to

    Windows update issues

    It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

    Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.
