Windows 10: I am having trouble downloading an app for school

I am trying to download an app for school called Examplify. It tells me its installed but when i try to open it, i get an error message

I downloaded an app and the store shows that its downloaded but the app is nowhere to be found, it is not listed in the list of apps and now the app is taking a lot of space on the phone (because it is instaled) but can not be used or uninstaled because
i cant find it anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance ��

The steps I have listed above are the only things that can cause the 'Organization' error in Windows, either awork or school account causes this, or a 3rd party anti-virus, or those commands should solve this, the only other thing I can suggest is to create a new user account in Windows and move all your data to that account.
