Windows 10: I am in need of going to Windows 11 ASAP, HOWEVER

I have a ton of open issues with Windows 10 I have been told that these issues do not matter and was given instructions that were available at TenForums. However, apparently the individual who was answering me misunderstood and gave me in-depth answers as to how to load Windows 10. Can someone give me instructions on how to load Windows 11 on a machine full of errors and issues associated with Windows 10?I would greatly appreciate help with this if anyone has the time and knows how this is done.

If want to disable IE, still can. However, can't uninstall it like were able to in XP/98/whatever.
Here's how, although I find it useful in case Chrome or Firefox stops working and have to re-download it. *Wink
1. Search for turn windows features on or off and click it in the search results.

2. When the app opens, uncheck Internet Explorer 11.

3. Click Yes on the warning dialog.

4. Click OK.

5. Restart for the changes to finish.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
