Windows 10: I am installing a new pc. Can I load Windows Live Mail on it, and how?

I was still running Windows Live Mail on my old pc since it was loaded in 2011, when my daughter installed it for me. I cannot figure out how to move it or install it on my new pc which will be running Windows 10. Is it even still available?

Windows Live Mail From Windows 7 to 10

1. Install Windows Live Mail. Do not run or exit it.
2. From the old PC, Copy the Folder under C:\Users\<userlogin>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail to a USB stick or an External Drive then copy back to the new PC
3. Run Windows live mail.

Method 1:

Repair Windows Live Mail

Refer to the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Press Windows Key + R
  
• 
  Type appwiz.cpl
  
• 
  Right click Windows Live Essentials
  
• 
  Click Uninstall/Change
  
• 
  Click Repair all Windows Live Programs
  

If the issue still persists, proceed to Method 2.

Method 2:

Remove and Reinstall Windows Live Mail referring to the link mentioned below:

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
