Downloading new language pack is stuck, Windows 10.

We understand your concern. The issue might have occurred due to third party applications or programs blocking the download and installation. We would suggest you to refer to the suggestion by
"Sudarshan M K dated January 17th 2016 on
Language pack stuck at downloading and check if it resolves the issue. Also we would suggest you to check for

Windows update if there are any pending.

Unable to install language pack error code 0x80070020 on Windwos 10 mobile.

The above issue might occur due to the time and region not set according to the language pack to be installed on the mobile device.



Before we assist further, I would like to ask you a few questions:

  On installing which language pack are you facing the above issue?
  
• 
  Did you check if the date, time and region settings are set according to the language pack to be installed on the mobile device?
  

I suggest you to set the time, date and
Country to the language pack that is to be installed on the mobile device (i.e. If you are installing
English (United States), set your country,
time and date settings to United states) and check if the issue is resolved.



If the issue persists, check if any pending updates is to be installed on the mobile device. After downloading the pending updates, check if the issue is resolved.

Stuck on pending

Hi recently I just got a pc and I got a problem with an app I purchased. When I press install its stuck on pending. Ive tried everything I could like searching up these problems on youtube and still no help. n
